Open a booth at Freshman & Transfer Orientation

We are planning to set up a stand at the Freshman or Transfer
Orientation. Will anyone be available to man booths for any of these
dates? We need at least 2 people to set up a table. Please give your
name and number. Thank you.

It’s time to plan for Freshmen and Transfer Orientations! Currently
registered student organizations can sign up at the Campus Activities
Front Desk starting today, Tuesday, April 29, 2008.

Please note the following dates/times/locations for this years
Organization Fairs:

Freshman Orientation Dates

O June 5 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor

O June 12 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor

O June 26 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor

O July10 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor

O July 24 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor

O July 31 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. UC Arbor


Transfer Orientation Dates

O May 22 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Governors Hall

O May 30 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Governors Hall

O June 20 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Governors Hall

O July 18 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Governors Hall

O August 8 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Governors Hall

Please note the following:

· Only 2 representatives per organization during event.
· 1 table per organization; no large letters/display.
· Everything must fit on an 8’ table.
· There is limited space; all groups participating MUST register
in advance.
· No electrical outlets provided.
· Please arrive an hour early for set up.
· Campus Activities will remain open for half an hour after
normal business hours on Freshmen Orientation dates.
