Hi everyone,

Thank you for all of your comments, feedbacks, and suggestions! 

Does anyone know how to activate the links on the flyer?

I create the flyer with ppt and save it as jpeg.

You cannot activate links on a JPG photo.  My suggestion is making a PDF form.  The links will be active then.  You should be able to export the ppt file to a PDF format.

Hi Yoko,

I agree with Sean, you can only do that with a PDF.  However, to save yourself a lot of headache and trouble what I would suggest is post the JPG to the website as is and then type out (or paste) the links in the description of the event below the JPG on the website.

So for those who want to refer people to the event, just send them via email the link to the website where the event is posted with all the links.

 That will be easier on you and you don't have to fuss around trying to make the links work on the JPG.  That'll be too much trouble IMO.

If you create either a Word or PowerPoint document with the links and save them as PDF anyone will be able to use the links with Preview, Acrobat Reader, etc.
