Council Meeting This Wednesday, Sept 1

Let's try to have a council meeting this Wednesday at 3 pm. We'll
meet in the new "Council Room" in Jill's newest building between the
main island and aquaculture island.

Agenda items include:

1. Removal of road & terraforming issues
2. Signage on island & new user experience
3. Griefing attack and other challenges
4. Upcoming events and marketing
5. Anything and everything else

Hope to see all of you there...lots to discuss.

The SLURL for the new Council Chamber is http://slurl.com/secondlife/UH%20Aquaculture%20Program/17/14/50  It is in the NE corner of the Aquaculture Island Sim.  If you use the SLURL it will take you straight to the Chamber itself.  If you are in world and go to the building, you must use the elevator system to go to the "Council RM"

 

If someone will send me a list of Avatars that are on the council, I will make the elevator accessable only to them to give us a little privacy, if you feel it is necessary.  I am hoping to have the rest of the building done (texturing, etc.) before the Wednesday meeting, unless we want to discuss how we want each floor decorated first.  I have over 10,000 textures available to choose from, plus I can make more if we can't find anything we like.
