Who is going to write the report for the project?... We need to make sure that it is proofread before it is submitted.

Sergio is working on it. I will be revising/reviewing it before submission.

I've attached the file he sent me but I gave him a few pointers to make it more of a report format... here is my email reply:

"Hey that's a good summary but I think we need to make it in the form of a report. Start with something like: Our C++ class was given a project based on Data acquisition. Our team members included..... Our project scenario is..... Our instructions were.... The status of our project was monitored using Google groups where each of our duties included... Our final product can be verified by our flowcharts which show that Group one..... Group two.... Group three...We would also like to thank our project mentor Daniel O. for helping us through the software and concepts.  Just fill in those parts with stuff from the google groups documents and our final presentation. It can be one big paragraph, I don't think he's expecting too much from us.
