UGRID conventions now on GitHub

UGRID folks,

We have located Bert, and he is alive and well.  ;-)

It turns out he just totally got buried with work from his real job and in need of some help, so we have copied the UGRID convention document from Bert's confluence wiki (bit.ly/ugrid_cf) to Github:

We are hoping this should make it easier for others to help, and make it easier to track discussion on changes, etc.

We would like to invite UGRID Google Group members who are interested to go to the above URL and click the "watch" button, which will alert you when there are things to look at and be discussed.

I hope we can relatively quickly reach consensus on a version 0.9.

As I was going through converting the wiki text, I realized again how much work Bert did on this.  We all owe him a heap of gratitude!
