As discussed with you, we propose to visit your institute on 16th January'17 for Campus Recruitment.
Below is the HPL Ad for MT 2017, you are requested to display the Ad in the Notice Board from today till the date of visit.
Below are the details of the Campus visit.
A. Eligibility Criteria for Campus:
1. Year Of Passing 2017
2. B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical & Civil )
3. 1st Division through out academic record.
4. Not eligible if having backlog history or supplementary.
5. Permissible year gap of 1 year after Higher Secondary for preparation of Joint Entrance Exam.
6. M.E. / M.Tech and Diploma Laterals shall not be considered.
B. Campus Recruitment Process:
C. Students are requested to bring the following documents for the Campus Interview:
A. During Training Period [Initial 1 year]
Total Cost to Company (TCC) 3.64 Lacs per annum
Other Benefits during Training Period:
1. Free Shared Accommodation at Haldia
2. Covered under Medical Insurance including dependant parents.
B. On Confirmation of Services [i.e. after 1 year Training Period] depending on performance:
Min. TCC. of 6.32 Lacs to Max. TCC of 6.48 Lacs per annum.
Other Benefits on Confirmation of Services:
1. Family accommodation in Township.
2. Interest subsidy on Housing Loan.
3. Interest subsidy on Personal Loan.
4. Covered under Medical Insurance including dependent parents.
Training Agreement:
1. Training Agreement for a period of 3 years (1 year during Training and 2 years Post Confirmation).
2. Pay out in case of breach of Training Agreement will be 1 Lac during first year of Training Period.
3. 2 Lacs for the remaining 2 years (reduced pay out with increased tenure).

- Filling of Employment Application Form
- Personal Interview

- Original and Photocopy of certificates/ testimonials related to your qualification.
- On recent passport size photographs.
- Date of birth proof.

Further to my earlier mail this morning, profiles of eligible and interested students from final year Electrical and Metallurgical Engg branches ( in addition to Civil and Mechanical announced earlier ) are also to be submitted for Haldia Petrochemical recruitment drive scheduled on 16.1.2017.
Any of the PRs may please take the responsibility of compiling the profiles of all four branches in their specified format ( please strictly follow the eligibility criteria specified below ) so as to be sent to me positively by 11 am tomorrow without fail.
Participating students are required to report to Gateway Hall sharp by 9.00 am on 16.01.17, The company has strictly mentioned that late-comers will NOT be allowed.
Please remember the database submission deadline : 13.01.2017 11.00 am.
