Greetings from Maruti Suzuki!
Congratulations, on being selected in India’s leading automobile manufacturer.
Note: Kindly go through the complete mail carefully
1. Regarding Onboarding Process
You would be getting a system generated email by next week to start the onboarding process (check your mail’s spam box and mark it as “not spam”).
Follow the instructions as mentioned and also go through the attached file “Manual Onboarding.pdf”
2. Regarding Joining
Please note that your onboarding date at Maruti Suzuki would be July 3, 2017 (Monday) .
For completing the joining formalities, you need to report at our Gurgaon plant at the below-mentioned address on a date (will be communicated later) prior to your Onboarding date.
Address: Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Gurgaon Plant, Gate No. 1, Old Palam Gurgaon Road, Sector-18, Gurgaon
Tentatively, candidates would have to report in the week prior to the Onboarding date (3rd July) for completing the joining formalities. Exact date will be communicated soon.
As a joining process, there are two major things that needs to be done by the candidate
(I) Service Agreement (Attached File: GET Service Agreement)
a. The agreement is to be carried on 100Rs. Non Judicial Stamp paper & each page is to be attested by the notary. (2 copies: 1 Original + 1 Photostat of original)
b. The surety could be anybody in the family or known person but should be filing an ITR. ITR and pan card of the surety are important documents and are required with the agreement.
(II) Pre-Employment Medical Checkup (Attached: List of Empanelled medical centres)
a. Medical checkup is to be done at any of the clinics mentioned in the list, reports are to be produced on the day of joining. In case there is no medical center in your current location, we request you to get the medical tests done from a nearby location.
For any issue/concern, contact the Chief Medical Officer at his mobile number as mentioned in the above attached medical centers excel sheet.
b. The cost of the medical checkup will be reimbursed by the company, candidates are requested to keep the original receipt of the test and get it on the day of joining.
Kindly plan your travel accordingly. (Note: Regarding your travel reimbursement for this purpose, company would be reimbursing the travel fare based on submission of valid tickets subject to maximum of 2nd AC train fare from your respective locations). (Only applicable if you are from outside Delhi/NCR Region). Candidates can prefer to travel by economical flights as well but the fare amount should be less than 2nd AC train fare.
Important Note :
a) Candidate should have a score of 65% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, class 12th /Diploma and Graduation
b) Candidate should not be color blind
c) Candidate should have completed the graduation in 4 years
d) There should not be any pending backlogs at the time of joining
In case the candidate is not satisfying any of the above criteria, company would revoke the offer from immediate effect.
