Also kindly intimate the shortlisted students from your institute that they need to sign off an employment bond for a period of 2 years with Vikram Solar. Post signing the bond, the above mentioned shortlisted candidates will be eligible to receive the final offer from Vikram Solar. However signing of the bond doesn’t implies that the final offer would be released to the candidate.

We will be sharing an email copy of the bond in the next few days. Once you send us the final list of students who are agreeable to signing this bond, we will send the employment bond in hard copy to your office.

See the Mail from Vikram Solar. All Shortlisted candidates are required to communicate to me their agreement / disagreement to the draft Service Bond ( attached ) by 17th. evening for onward transmission to the company. Accordingly the company would send the hard Copy of the service bond to the students who give their consent.

Dear Dr. Sanyal,

As intimated earlier, please find attached the draft copy of the service bond to be signed by the shortlisted students. Kindly share the same with the shortlist students (as intimated earlier) and take their consent on this. Once you send us the final list of students who are agreeable to signing this bond, we will send the employment bond in hard copy to your office. Post signing the bond, the above mentioned shortlisted candidates will be eligible to receive the final offer from Vikram Solar. Shall be obliged if you kindly update us on the further joining formalities, if any, for the students selected by you from this campus this year for recruitment. It may be stated that all such students had submitted the executed Agreement Papers on 27 Feb, 2017 as per your requirement.

Good morning and thanks for writing in Prof Sanyal.

The offer letters, with all joining details specified, had been couriered to your address immediately on receipt of the agreement papers, on 6^th February. DoJ as specified in the offer letters remains 15^th June. I am surprised that there is still confusion around the same.

Priyanka is no more with us. The Campus Placements are being handled by Bikram from my team now.

One Mr Basak is in touch with Bikram, and we were updated that the courier may have been misplaced. We will share the duplicate copies of the offers with you soon. Bikram will coordinate.

Bikram, please help coordinate.
