i am now with Tamale Teaching Hospital and just thought i should let you know.

The challenges are terrible but i am sure things will work out. Nobody wants to do anything and nobody obeys instructions.It is simply nauseating. However we will succeed.

You'd be surprised to know that some people are very happy with our state of mediocrity as it benefits them ...n I'm not just talking about hospitals in general.... just find your niche n kerp cool. No place like home...

Very bold decision Clement knowing the options you had available to you but worth the sacrifice. Fred has nailed it right on the head with that comment. 

Be prepared for the worst but definitely no place like home.
