We meeting this Thursday? 

 

I am going to send out the word for our marketing efforts to get going from the missions side.  Did we decide on anything different as far as the look of the gallery since I last met with everyone?  I figure that we will decide some of that when we go to the restore.  Are we going to do that next week?  I am open to the weekends as well.

I can meet. I heard from Henry who is interested in the mural. We
can work out what the mission can offer him (ideas, paints, times,
monies). I also think we should pull all the art down and store it
before the week of the show. I really liked the rumination part of
the set up, gathering themes and grouping pieces and just seeing what
is out there. That will make the August 2nd set-up go smoothly. We
can also go through the old pieces to see what would go into the
instalation at John Knox Pres.
Can go to Re-store Friday.

looks like i am getting pulled into work tomorrow through sunday, but you guys should meet and/or go to the re-store without me. i could come in on monday or wednesday next week to help take down work

What does your day look like today/tomorrow/Saturday? Maybe me and you could run down to the restore if you aren't busy and look at stuff. If 6pm is the only time you can get together then we can just plan on then but I'd love to go during the day to check out the restore and talk about stuff.
