Hey gang,

So I reserved the Spanish Chapel for us to begin taking stuff down this Thursday.  I will actually be away working with some of our guys in Enumclaw but everything should be ready for yall to come in.  Please email me any questions you might have that I can get back before I head out on Thursday.  Would it be helpful if I set out the new artwork?

mm, yeah if you could make sure that the art to go up is somewhere we can find it that'd be awesome. hey is my long metal ruler still around someplace? i'd love to get that back too if possible?

I’ll put the artwork in the closet with a note on it.  I haven’t seen the ruler…did you leave it here?

Cool. It didn't make it back with my other tools and supplies. No big deal but if you see a metal yardstick around it's prolly mine.

How did it go last night?

great! we got the art to be framed chosen and laid out with the mats, and set it aside in the office there. we will just need to tape it up and rehang it on tuesday before the show.we also set out all of the magazine/animal art and would like a creative way to display it. were there any large (tall) windows or glass doors at the restore? or perhaps very smallish ones?

also, keith found my ruler and i got my drill back also, so yay!

Also, are we going to try and find the fabric that hangs on the binder clips? If so, does anybody know where that is?

Phew…glad we found all your stuff.  I’m sure there is something at the restore we could use.  I’m sure they would let us borrow it too if it was expensive.
