Hey Gang!

I wanted to send out a little email seeing how everyone was doing this new year! I want to begin thinking about the next show and set up a planning meeting for next week.

1) Will you let me know if you are available to help this show?

2) If so, what times next week are doable? I propose Wednesday or Thursday afternoon/eveningish

It looks unlikely that we are going to meet tomorrow. Can we go ahead and plan for next Thursday due to weather? Also, Keith I don’t know how to add to our group. Who created it?

Oh, the old adding-people-to-the-group thing. I think Lu.byS...@Facebook.com needs to surf himself over to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!members/ugm-art and add himself to the group. Maybe James has more controls than I see. He created the thing.
