Hi Sam,

We are relying on the group to help with set up on Tuesday the 2nd.

• The art to be featured in window panes needs to be taped in the pre-cut mats and then taped in the panes.
• A series of animal pieces needs some display set up.  We may need other window panes to feature them.  There are some mat scraps that they can go in.  Those need to be measured but and assembled.
  
• The other pieces will go in the building's windows with office clips.
• Windows need to be washed.  It wouldn't hurt the pane glass either.

Rolls is asking the chef if they can make snacks for the event.  If not we need people to bring things.

If somebody ends up going to the restore and sees something we can reimburse the purchase.  Also, they might just give it to us like the last time if we tell them what is happening.  I am working with our Food Services department to make sure we have snacks.  Just to make sure, we aren’t meeting this Thursday are we?  I thought I remembered deciding to start working on it all next week.  If we want to meet this Thursday let me know so I can make sure the room is free.  Thank you guys so much for all your hard work!  This is going to be great!

You are right.  Tuesday will be the next meeting time.  When will the setup of tables and things happen on the Thursday of the show?

And Sam, I'm not sure if you know, but part of the group participation is to be tour guides with the guests and spend time talking with them.  I can vision cast for that tonight.

We can start that process as early as you want.  I think we should just play it by ear and see how much we need to do after the Tuesday.

yeah, i think we should plan on tuesday night possibly bleeding into some time on wednesday (in case we need some extra hooks or whatever) and then the hospitality stuff setup on thursday in the afternoon/evening.
