Exposed mappings?

Hi,

I would like to obfuscate a webapp using xml and html in which class and property names from my javascript are used. Is there a way to replace the references in these files too so that I do not break my application? Alternatively, can uglifyjs provide a list of mappings in the output so that I can do some post-processing to replace the names where appropriate in the xml and html file?
