The original UglifyJS based on nodejs, but it is hard to do automated
integration with ant or maven, so i moved UglifyJS from node.js to
the java platform. it may help for you !


Usage：

java -jar uglifyjs-java.jar [ options... ] [ filename ]

Hi yuanyan,

the java support for uglifyJs is available since november 2010 in wro4j  (web resource optimizer for java). You have several options to use uglify js with wro4j:

1) Build time solution as a maven plugin

2) Command line tool

3) Run-time solution with a simple filter.

On of the advantage of this tool is that you can easily integrate any kind of processors (not only uglify Js), like: googleClosure, packerJs, dojoShrinksafe, YuiJsMin, etc....
