Ugh God
Every child deserves sanctuary from pony-town oblivion. This
holiday season, give the gift of "bears."
Excuse me. I've received no greater and no less than three
hours of sleep for the last few days (results may vary). I am a
very tired pork butt shoulder. "Bear" with me.
I want to keep the fusion bond strong between us. I suggest
sitting in a dark room, in the complete nude, and trying to chant
for hours. Chant about anything you want. I chant the theme
song to Mr. Belvedere. That's usually the best place to start.
Once the chant is in full swing, kick your feet from under your
body to a position far above your head, supporting your weight
with your hands. Have a friend take pictures of you in this
position. Send them to your mother.

Friends! The time has come! This entire weekend will be filled
with sexual advances between the Members of Ugh. We have
been writing a ridiculous number of new songs and will be
recording 2 (maybe 2 1/2) songs this upcoming weekend at the
Sex?Dungeon! (Where?House!)
The new album will contain old favorites, recorded before the
zombie-like hiatus of 2009, along with some oldies never heard
by anyone... ever... Not even me! It will also contain the new
tracks that we've been writing recently. An Ugh God album with
material spanning over 2 years. Deep, huh?
