Dear All,

I am VICTOR KIWUJJA a Masters student at Uganda Technology & Management University (UTAMU) undertaking a Masters in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). As part of the course, I am undertaking a research study on "Designing a framework for adoption of technological Innovations in M&E within NGOs." 

In this study, I would like to learn more about how organizations like yours have implemented technological innovations such as short messages (SMS) platforms, smart phones & tablets, M&E software, geographical information systems (GIS) etc to get insights on how other NGOs can adopt such technological innovations.

Therefore I would like to hear from you about the experiences of your organization and gain feedback about how the adoption of such technologies has been possible.
