UI Framework Error - Root Error

Dear Comrades,

Thanks for the good works you are doing.

In my facility, ie TASO Soroti CoE, we are having some four particular clients whose dashboard reflects the attached error when we try to open it. 

At the onset of the error, it was only one file affected but presently they're four and maybe more will be affected if not addressed. We kindly request you to look into it and advise accordingly.

Dear Nassuuna. 

Please use this script attached to clear the issue you have at hand. 

Steps on how to run this script

1. Go to the start menu of the server computer
2. Go to start menu and search for Execute Mysql Script and click on it. This will pop up a dialog window
3. Click install. This will prompt you to select a  file. 
4. Select this file attached.

These steps will clear the problem without the need to restart.
