Dear Colleagues,

Please find the draft schedule for the joint EMR National and regional training of trainers plus the district joint EMR rollout.

The document has 3 sheets, the ToT schedule, RRH system upgrade and support, and district rollout schedule. The district rollout schedule is broken down into cycles (generated from the planning meeting held in Feb 2024). This will be discussed in the EMR stakeholders meeting tomorrow.

We request for an early review with your teams so that you come up with comments/edits and actual implementation dates.

For partners that didn't submit earlier/have been missed, please prepare the priority hospitals/health centers and dates to be included.

Kind regards,

Dear Justus,

The priority lists were gathered from the supporting partners. The minimum criteria for facilities to be included on the list includes:

  1. Availability of resources (or budgeted resources) to roll out the comprehensive EMR package for the entire facility (eAFYA, UgandaEMR, and ALIS or Clinic Master and ALIS). This includes training and systems installation.
  2. The facility should have a local area network, a server (can be a standard server or high-end desktop computer to start with), and some computers to use in the various service areas. This may be available or ready to be procured.
  3. Power and power backup.

Therefore please compile the list for UEC/UCMB and share.

Kind regards,

Dear Jamiru
The shared schedule leaves out UEC/UCMB supported facilities in the country.
is there a separate schedule for them?
thanks
