I know an interesting discussion about women's chess. Is women's chess
weaker?

But that’s just it, 97.45 Retirement FM ;-)
Why exactly is women’s chess ‘weaker’? — If at all that’s the word we
ought to be using.
Oh, and spare me the sexist explanations. Let’s keep this as objective
and un-chauvinistic as possible.
Thanks in advance.

PS:
I mean no disrespect to the peeps that gave birth to this forum but
this Courier font is not floating my boat at all. Is there some way it
can be changed to a more casual and unrestrained font? Something like
Arial Unicode MS, perhaps. Thanks, again.

Women chess is weak because their trainers sometimes while playing
them, they even want to play the other Godly chess and that's how they
lose interest.

Ladies chess is weaker because they do not work at chess as hard as
the men do!!! Thats the simple answer!!!

Ladies here take chess, just for Granted. If they can only focus on
playing than waiting
for the tournament and come to win money, then it would be better. It
hard for them to get
that addiction like men do and u know what men want is to win always.

Right.
This discussion is proving much more insightful than I thought it
would. Thanks, guys, for keeping the chauvinism out.
So far, it is has come through that a) ladies don’t work hard at chess
and b) ladies take chess for granted and just bum around, waiting for
tourneys.
So, it would appear that their obsession to excel at chess is not, in
fact, an obsession.
Let’s go a bit deeper, then. Why?—could it simply be that their
efforts are not reinforced as often and as quickly as those of men?
Maybe they lose interest because it doesn't seem like it'll matter in
the long run, anyway.
Over to you, people. Looking forward to more insights.
Sa-yo-na-ra.

Of course, let's not forget the predator-prey relationship between the
ladies and their trainers, as pointed out earlier by UCF ;-)

lol..................has any of yo' trainers attack you.

from the board

Your Royal Highness, I will have you know that I am always the
predator, never the prey ;-)
In fact, you should call me Saggitarius Serpentarius ;-)
But, on a serious note, the relationship between trainer and trainee
always makes for a pertinent discussion, especially where young girls
are involved. The solution would seem to be having female coaches on
board as well, but as you know, that is a bit problematic now. Perhaps
in the future we should look into it.

Female ugandan coaches!!! pliz!!! To say thats wishful thinking is an
understatement!!!

The problem with the ladies being weaker than the men at chess is
because the ladies love multi-tasking, they just do so many things and
can never focus on one thing!!! In short, ladies do not have the
ability to decide on the many things they really want!!!

Hey, Uganda Chess Forum is the one that talked about the 'other Godly
chess' ;-)
Though I don't suppose I have to have had an experience with a trainer
to know that such stuff happens *pause for effect*

BabbleGum and Fragile, first of all the ladies coach place is vacant.
we
need a lady to take up that role not a man and i think u make a good
example
but so it will encourage the UCF to get more ladies teaching other
women chess, but remember u have to consult either may be Mating King
or yo sibs (Big G) or any other male chess player in case of any
difficulties.
