Hey guys, long time no see. I wanted some input on the smart phones that are out there. I fell into some good fortune, and can finally afford a smart phone data plan. Because this happened so suddenly, I haven't been researching phone as regularly as I would like. Because of the disgrace that was the Apple v Samsung case, I'm not giving any money to Apple, and would like to throw some money Samsung's way. I am on Sprint, so my options are Galaxy S II, Transform Ultra, Galaxy S III, Nexus, Conquer, Replenish and Epic.

I'm not asking for any extreme research on your parts, just what you already know. Thanks guys. Enjoy the weekend.

Well the Epic is just the Galaxy 1 for Sprint. The Galaxy Nexus is great if yo want a pure Android experience. Or if you want "Latest and Greatest" I'd go with the Galaxy S3. With the GS3 you're going to get priority on updates and stuff.

The Galaxy S III is what I had my eye on. Good to know that choice is validated. I can host a gathering in a month or so. We can all catch up and see what we're doing on our phones and computers.

I'm in the market as well, but I think I'll hold off until I see what new o-fficial Nexus offerings there are this fall.

For what it's worth, I'm eyeballing the S3 too.

I've had the HTC One S since the day it came out and love it!

Sent from my HTC One™ S on T-Mobile. America’s First Nationwide 4G Network.

Agreed, since you're on Sprint, go with the Galaxy S III.  If it would have been quad core as was originally planned, I would have got that instead of this.  I got this for the screen size, the camera and beats audio.

Yes thumbs up for the HTC One S. I love it as well, although it appears you don't have that as an option on Sprint.  The SIII is beautiful, I have played with it, but I feel it is a bit large to handle with one hand.

Thanks for all the input guys. I'm pretty excited about getting the SIII in a month or so. Right now Sam's Club has it for $150. On another note, dailysteals.com has a Galaxy Tab 7" for $150. It's only running 2.2, but I'm sure it can support more current OSs. If you think it's a decent price, I'd prefer it to the current galaxy, since the older one has an expansion slot, and the new one doesn't. Thoughts?
