Printing PDF Files using PHP

Hi.
I have been able to make a script that creates PDF documents on the fly.
I have also been able to make a script that prints a variable of text
directly to a printer on the server.
What I cannot do as yet (and am asking here for some help) is how can I
print a created PDF or an uploaded PDF (or DOC, PRN etc) file to the printer
using the printer extension.
