The US Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, has published a special Spring 2026 issue
of its CTX journal on the scientific research and analysis of UAP and UFO phenomena. Of particular
interest is the article by Artem Bilyk and Kyrylo Nikolaiev on “Ukrainian Military Observations and
Analysis of Aerospace Objects and Phenomena during Defense against the Russian Federation,”
pp. 32–41, which shows that the Ukrainian military has a system for distinguishing UAP from conventional
objects in the war zone.
