In my opinion, Project Blue Book evolved into a public relations campaign and cover up by the USAF.

My friend and mentor Les S. said almost all reports would be IFOs, Identified Flying Objects, if we
had more information to work with. 99.999 per cent are misidentified man-made objects, natural
phenomena, astronomical, etc.
