Flyball Participation Survey

Dear Flyball Enthusiast:

The United Flyball League International (U-FLI) is conducting it first
ever Flyball Participation Survey. Participation by all Flyball
Enthusiasts will enable U-FLI to develop a current profile of the
people that make participate in Flyball.

We will be using this information to better target our marketing
efforts to promote the sport. The survey is very brief and shouldn't
take but just a couple of minutes to complete. There is nothing in
the survey that would allow us to track any responses back to an
individual. With that said, it is important to note that in order to
keep the data as good as possible, please only complete the survey
once.

The survey is open now and will remain open for responses until Monday
the 3rd of May.
