Our sales servers are crying for mercy (the sale hit the top spot on hacker news, etc). Try again soon and hopefully we'll get it resolved.
Yeah, now our third-party sales service is the bottleneck. Hard to keep up. At least we won't run out of inventory :)
I placed two orders and just this morning got an email response for one of them from element5. Nothing from JetBrains yet & nothing on the other order.

Check twitter.com/jetbrains for news on what's going on with processing orders. They're answering as many questions as they can.
Yeah, the ludicrously overwhelming response caused many things to go wrong in many different ways for many people. Not fun for anyone involved.
