Senior Flex Developer- Full Time

Opportunity to work on a Musical oriented project in Flex and AIR with other exciting technologies intertwined.

Pay range falls between 85-100k depending on skills and experience.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact with clients, exploring and advising technological possibilities, discovering solutions that fit their goals
• Architect and develop large-scale Flash & Flex applications implementing design patterns appropriately
• Write clean, structured, object-oriented code with change and reuse in mind
• Help manage all aspect of the project and release schedule

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Plenty of experience programming in Actionscript 3.0 at a senior level
• Deep knowledge of Flex framework and the component lifecycle.  You can expect to be tested on this knowledge thoroughly during the interview process.
• Must have experience working with Flash remoting (e.g. amf)
• Experience working on large Flex applications
• Experience with common Flex frameworks such as Robot Legs.

 BONUS ROUND

• AIR experience
• Server-side programming (PHP, Java)
• JNI(Java Native Interface)
• Play the Piano and read musical notation
