Participants who are accepted to this institute go through bi-weekly workshops focused on the different components of the UF Leadership Model and APIA affairs. Each workshop includes facilitators, reflective exercises, and group activities in a safe space where participants can learn from each other as well as presenters. The first workshop on 2/18 will take place in Peabody Hall 411. The rest of the workshops will take place in Peabody Hall 408.
