

Spend an evening winning raffle prizes, enjoying free food, and speaking with dental students and admissions officers at UF College of Dentistry’s Pre-Dental Fair, taking place 5-7pm Oct. 16 in the HPNP Auditorium and reception area of UF’s Health Science area.
The event will begin with a presentation by College of Dentistry Assistant Dean of Admissions Dr. Pamela Sandow on the “Secrets to Being a Competitive Applicant,” followed by the tabling fair, where students can speak with local dentists, learn about dental research and service opportunities, get admissions questions answered, and enjoy food, drinks, and raffle prizes.
The first 200 students to sign-in will receive a free full-sized toothbrush/toothpaste set from sponsor Crest Oral-B.

The UF College of Dentistry has an opportunity for pre-dental students, earn $200
Selected faculty from the UF College of Dentistry will be undertaking training in "Small Group" and "Case-based" learning Tuesday, Oct. 22 - Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013. Twelve students are needed to participate in this faculty training. Participating students will receive $200. Additionally you will be given training on expected interactions.
Sessions you would attend include:
· Tuesday, Oct. 22 from 1:15- 5:00 p.m.
· Wednesday, Oct. 23 from 7:30 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. plus research time on an assignment
· Thursday, Oct. 24 from 11:15 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
