Greg, Thanks for keeping me current.

UFG is such a great program!  I can do so much...more & more every time I use it.

Right now Judy & I have photos of: a Northern Jacana, Golden-Fronted Woodpecker, Green Jays, Audubon's Oriole, Cardinals, Red-winged Blackbirds.  All at Choke Canyon Reservoir, Calliham Unit (N28º 28.260' W98º 10.768').  The Jacana is too far for the lens we're using.  We stay one more day and then it's north to South LLano River State Park, near Junction Texas, back on the Edwards Plateau.  It's more like beach here....gravel, shells?

Contrats on Tangled.  Can I drop my pictures & stuff of the Black-Crested Titmouse into UFG?  I'mº  working on a lat/long model, it should work with Tangled?

I've posted more of the 'Tangled user guide' pages.  (See the 'TangledBlack

installation instructions and the user interface pages are now
complete.  However, documentation of 'check projection logic' and TS
are still 'todo'.

Hi, Joe.

I plan to enable the ability to include user photos in the Tangled
application. That capability was briefly enabled in previous
versions, but required lots of user support because I attempted to use
the photo file names as the way to input information about the photo,
which was a complicated process. The new approach in Tangled will
require the information about the photos to be defined in a
spreadsheet. Design-wise, the spreadsheet approach is better, but it
still might require more user support time than I currently have to
give. So, I'm not releasing the user photo inclusion capability yet.

I'm not sure about your question about your lat/lng model working in
Tangled. If you describe the lat/lng model you are using, I might be
able to answer more clearly. However, if the model you are talking
about somehow involves the sighting files created by SI, then it
should work with Tangled because Tangled uses the same sighting files.
