The attached flyer is being shared on behalf of Advisory Board Chair Shavar Jeffries. The meeting noted on the flyer is for this coming Saturday, March 5th at 10:00 a.m. at Louise A. Spenser School. In an effort to get optimum attendance at the meeting, please disseminate the flyer to your respective stakeholder groups as soon as possible.
As you know, many of our district parents unfortunately do not rely on, or have access to electronic media or the internet. And some may not pay attention to the information we mail them or send home via our students. We must still do all that we can to make sure our students and their families are engaged and well informed. Your help is vital and extremely valuable in ensuring this is done in a timely fashion. Please know that the attached flyer is also posted on the homepage of the district’s website. It has been emailed to our principals, parent coordinators, and parent liaisons. The information is also being mailed to our parent leaders in the Newark community.
