 Hey, AIESEC !!!

AIESEC Chisinau, Moldova presents the MOST exciting, the MOST interactive, the MOST educational project -“NEXT STEP-2010”

Period: November 2010 - January2011

 

Next Step is aimed to develop the personal and professional skills of students through a complex series of trainings in order to help them become competent  employees.

 

This is a Development Internship where EP's are supposed to deliver trainings and sessions in soft skills, to coordinate workshops, to present their own country and culture. Also the trainee will be involved in the process of selecting the participants of this project and participate in organized events.

Opportunities for the EP:

 Tasks:     

1.  To deliver trainings for senior students on soft skills;

2.  To coordinate workshops based on issues of local companies;

3.  To create and administer a virtual forum/blog of the Next Step participants and trainers during and after the project;

4.  To participate in events organized in the frame of the project (Opening Ceremony, Closing Gala, Global Village;  etc.);

5.  To participate in the selection process of the project, interviewing applicants (senior students).
