Job/Task Description 1 The intern will be required to participate and deliver short presentations in seminars and exhibitions held or attended by the company.
Job/Task Description 2 The intern will be required to assist in recruiting/hiring people for the organization and managing the entire process - assisting in taking interviews, judging competencies, etcetera.
Job/Task Description 3 The intern will be required to conduct monthly and quarterly performance evaluations of the company and all employees.
Job/Task Description 4 The intern would also develop Job descriptions for all the people working in the organization - making sure each of them has a specified job and responsibility.
Job/Task Description 5 The intern would be require to maintain a monthly/weekly staff planning for each of the employees - allocating the employees to a department and scheduling the work they will do accordingly.
Job/Task Description 6 The intern will be required to develop creative promotional materials for branding of the company's products at seminars, conferences and exhibitions

Measurable results expected from the intern The intern should be able to introduce new and effective ways of doing things better. In short new and innovative ideas in the areas of his/her work will be expected.
Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship Learning points might include: -Sense of Marketing and Sales in B2B scenarios -experience in developing sales and promotional materials for B2B marketing -experience in people management . Pragmatic implication of HR principles.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival The intern: • Should know basic urdu • Should be fluent in both speaking and written English • Should be familiar with the basic and sacrilegious norms of the local culture • Should be open minded and respectful of other people’s beliefs • Should be approachable and interactive • Should possess strong presentation and communication skills
