Dear UF Departments:
You are invited to participate in the University of Florida’s Fifth Annual Sustainable Products Trade Show, sponsored by the University of Florida Purchasing department, on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM in the Grand Ballroom at the Reitz Union.
Please
take advantage of this opportunity to communicate sustainable aspects of your
department’s activities to University staff, faculty and students and
invited local attendees. In addition to discussing what your department
is responsible for at UF, please provide a display and samples (if appropriate)
of your department’s activities and its relationship to
sustainability. Food, beverages and wireless internet access will be
provided. More details will follow once we receive your commitment to
participate.
The Fifth Annual Sustainable Products Trade Show is being held in
support of the University of Florida’s continuing commitment to the
environment and our desire to provide staff, faculty and students with
information about sustainable products. If you feel your department can help us
with this effort, please share your time with us and respond to Gail Morris

Friday, March 19, 2010. Indicate the number of tables you will need
and include what information you will be presenting.
