Happy Thursday Green Teamers!
I will soon be leaving this post as your fearless interim Green Team leader as I move from the Office of Sustainability to a new position in the Center for Instructional Technology and Training. It has been my pleasure getting to know
all you, as well as learn about all of your endeavors, accomplishments and ideas for making UF a more sustainable place to live and work. Every little bit helps.
As we move through transitions in our office, I want to encourage you to keep doing what you are doing, but also let you know that communications will be maintained while both my position is re-hired and the long-vacant Outreach and Communications position
is filled.
As the final candidates for the Outreach and Communications are interviewed, I would like to encourage you all to use this forum to provide your feedback on what essential qualities you think the final Outreach and Communications candidates should have and
to attend any public presentations that may be held during the interview process at the end of this month.
In the meantime, our Director Matt Williams and staff Laurel Nesbit will be filling in the role of communications between our office and Green Teams and will continue to be your points of contact for any questions, ideas and feedback you might have.
I look forward to seeing you all around campus in the near future, and being involved as a future GT member!
