Final Room schedule and position description - Sustainability Outreach and Communications Candidates - Green Team Members

Everyone,

 

  Thanks for your interest and potential availability for meeting with some, or all, of our candidates for our Outreach and Communications Coordinator Position.  Below is the final room schedule for both the hour for the Sustainability Committee and Green Team members to meet with the candidates, and for the open presentations.

 

  I’ve also attached the position description and duties for you to have in considering the candidates.  You’ll note that the position description is broad and that it would be extremely difficult for any one candidate to have experience in all the areas outlined.  Each of our candidates brings a slightly different set of skills, and we recognize that there is room for the final candidate to grow into all of the duties listed.

 

  We’ll have feedback forms for you all in the room so that you can comment on the candidates who you are able to meet with.  We’ll take all the responses into careful consideration when we’re making our final selection.

 

  We have one cancellation, there will not be any interview on Monday Feb 3^rd.  We got word last night that one of our candidates, Dominique Easterling, had an expanded opportunity in her current job and she’s withdrawn from our position.
