Invitation to meet with Sustainability Outreach and Communications Coordinator Candidates

Members of the UF Green Team,
My apologies, I realize that this is coming at short notice, but with the staffing changes in the office we’re running a little behind on logistics.
Because of the collaboration that you are likely to have with our Outreach and Communications position we want to give you a chance to meet all the candidates if you are interested and available. We have five candidates who are in the final round (since four are from Gainesville, we expanded the group to the larger end of the range we’d set for final interviews). We realize five is a lot, and understand entirely if you aren’t able to make it to all of them, but will welcome your feedback for any that you are able to meet.
I’ve attached the application letter and resume/cv for each of the five candidates. Here are the days that each candidate will be on campus, and the rooms where confirmed:

On each of the days the agenda is essentially the same. Sections of the schedule that may be of interest to you are:
- 1:30 - 2:30pm - a dedicated hour for our campus Green Team and Sustainability Committee members to meet and discuss with the candidates
- 3:00 – 3:30pm – each candidate will be providing a 20 minute presentation on energy or waste with 10 minutes for questions
We’ll follow up with a finalized matrix that has the days and locations for each candidate once we’ve finalized all the rooms in the next day or two. We’ll have a standard feedback form for you for each of the sessions to give us your thoughts on the candidates.
