1- Linux (ubuntu) use and administration - The person should be hands on with Linux administration and configuration, along with GiT

2- Developer in C (Open source development on linux - needed for browser development)

3- QA people with javascript experience (or any scripting language experience)

4- Developer with Java and JBOSS experience

5- Experienced PHP Developers

6- Project Manager:
- Bachelor degree with in Computer Science with 3-5 years experience as a developer.
- At least 5+ years as a project manager working with web based products.

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

- Familiarity with Agile product development process and scrum

- Reviews deliverables prepared by team.

- Work as an offshore product manager for the software products of the company.

- Prepares, maintains, and enhances product requirements documents (PRD's), Product Design Mockups, and other product documents.

- Possesses a great degree of creativity, for preparing product requirement and UI design.
