Stay Strong – This Too Shall Pass
Difficult times test us, but they do not define us. Across the world, many are facing uncertainty, job losses, and financial strain. If you are going through this right now, know that you are not alone—and more importantly, this is not the end of your story.
Remember: When the going gets tougher, the tough get going. You have survived every hard day you’ve faced so far. You have the strength within you to rise again.
Here is what you can hold onto, one step at a time:
- Do not panic – Fear clouds judgment. Breathe. Clarity comes in calmness.
- Control what you can – Reduce unnecessary spending. Save wherever possible, even if it’s a little. Every small saving is a brick in your wall of security.
- Consider small or temporary work – No task is beneath your dignity. These steps are bridges, not destinations.
- Take care of your health – Physical and mental well-being are your real wealth. Sleep, eat moderately, walk, and talk to someone you trust.
- Stay positive, but stay practical – Hope is not wishful thinking. It is the fuel to build your next tool. Enroll in that certification. Update your skills. Learn something new each week.
- Be consistent – Small daily efforts lead to big comebacks. You don’t need to see the whole staircase—just take the next step.
We have been through harder times before. Think back to the global crisis we all faced not long ago—it was longer, more uncertain, and more isolating. And yet, people adapted, rebuilt, and moved forward. You did it then. You can do it again.
Have faith in the timing of your life. Sustenance does not always come as a salary—it comes as resilience, as community, as a new door you hadn’t noticed before. Keep your heart steady. Keep your hands busy. Keep your trust in the One who provides in ways we cannot always foresee.
As Quran states: “After hardship comes ease.” Hold that promise close. Better days are being prepared for you—but first, you must be prepared for them.
Stay strong. Stay consistent. Your comeback is closer than you think.

أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيُّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُمْ ، قَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ، كَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْكَ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ .
Narrated Abu Humaid As-Sa`idiؓ: The people asked, O Allah's Messenger ﷺ! How shall we (ask Allah to) send blessings on you? Allah's Messenger ﷺ replied, “Say: O Allah! Send Your Mercy on Muhammad ﷺ and on his wives and on his offspring, as You sent Your Mercy on Abraham's family; and send Your Blessings on Muhammad ﷺ, and on his wives, and on his offspring, as You sent Your Blessings on Abraham's family, for You are the Most Praiseworthy, the Most Glorious.”
حضرت ابو حمید الساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے: صحابہ نے عرض کیا، ”یا رسول اللہ ﷺ! ہم آپ ﷺ پر کس طرح درود بھیجا کریں؟“ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یوں کہا کرو «اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ» ”اے اللہ! رحمت نازل فرما محمد ﷺ پر اور ان کی بیویوں پر اور ان کی اولاد پر جیسا کہ تو نے رحمت نازل فرمائی آلِ ابراہیم پر؛ اور اپنی برکت نازل فرما محمد ﷺ پر اور ان کی بیویوں اور اولاد پر جیسا کہ تو نے برکت نازل فرمائی آلِ ابراہیم پر۔ بیشک تو انتہائی خوبیوں والا اور عظمت والا ہے۔“
_*(یہ درود پاک خود زبان رسالت سے سکھایا گیا ہے، اس لئے اس کو یاد کر لینا چاہئے اور اذکار میں شامل کر لینا چاہئے۔ اس میں درودِ ابراہیمی کے ایک خوبصورت صیغے کی تعلیم دی گئی ہے جس میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی ذاتِ اقدس کے ساتھ ساتھ آپ ﷺ کی ازواجِ مطہرات اور ذریت یعنی اولاد پر بھی رحمت و برکت کی دعا کی گئی ہے، جو اہلِ بیت کے بلند مقام اور فضیلت کی دلیل ہے۔ اللہ سبحانہ وتعالٰی ہمیں اپنے محبوب ﷺ کی ازواج مطہرات اور پاک ذُریت کے اعلی مقام کی قدردانی نصیب فرمائے۔ آمین)
