Respected sir,

i am kashyap surti from mechanical branch. In my group there r 5 students.. But from 5 ,only 2 are selected for training, in l&t. And we both are in diff departments in company.. So is it ok that only 2 students r going for training??
Pls give ur guidence...

Dear Kashyap,   From your group if two students are deputed for training in the company that is too in different department then ask them to get two different industrial defined problems from the company. You can jointly work with those students in the project but then in that case there is some proof that you have some contribution in defining IDP. So, even if you are not getting permission for training in the comapny, where your other group mates are deputed, try to communicate with the company to allow you to understand the IDP given by the company.
