Company are said us that ...they only give us training on this requiremnet 

1.   we have to work  for  6 horus as a reguler employee for atleast 3 months at thier company ..

They firmly said us that they are not intersted in this 1 month training ...

give us suggessions...

Dear Jalpan,   If you can get the Industrial define problem for project work from company then it is enough. There is no compulsory requirement of one month training at company. If you are in need of any assistance then you can meet me in person.
