N2 - A leaky lens antenna system for short pulse applications is designed, fabricated and characterized. The antenna has very good phase center stability over large bandwidths. The leaky lens antenna is connected to an in-house wavelet generator to transmit 100 ps pulses centered at 57.5 GHz. It is shown that the antenna preserves the reference pulse shape and has very low dispersion.

Citation generators are tools in which you use a DOI or type the information regarding the citation (instead of pulling directly from a database or catalog) - they usually have a form to help guide you in what information is needed - and then they format it into the style you need.
Remember to check auto-generated citations for accuracy using our citation guides. Sometimes capitalization, abbreviations, or punctuation can come out incorrectly due to the information found by the generator.
N2 - This paper investigates wound rotor induction machine stator fault detection by vibration analysis under variable speed operation. The influence of stator electrical fault on machine operation is first examined using a time-stepped circuit model. The simulation results indicate that fault specific frequencies appear in the electromagnetic signal as a result of pulsating torques produced by stator asymmetric conditions. The fault specific frequencies are then translated into mechanical vibration at the machine frame that can be employed for fault detection purposes using conventional vibration analysis. Measurements taken in a series of laboratory tests on a commercial 30 kW machine under variable speed operation are used to investigate the spectral content of the generator vibration signal.

N2 - In this paper a design of a master-slave microgrid consisting of grid-supporting current source inverters and a synchronous generator is proposed. The inverters are following the frequency of the grid imposed by the synchronous generator. Hence, the proposed structure of the microgrid is steadily synchronized. We show that the method achieves power sharing without the need of communication. Furthermore, no change in operation mode is needed during transitions of the microgrid between islanded and grid-connected modes.
