Job Description

Job Description-

  • Actively collaborate with developers, QA lead, product manager to shape the product and deliver product releases
  • Provide feedback to the team on product quality, call out risks/issues (if any) and can balance quality with time bound delivery with a release perspective
  • Maintain and write automated test suites
  • Ability to work with the QA lead to come up with a testing strategy for a given release with inputs from team, if needed.
  • Ready to work on fast paced geographically distributed team doing frequent releases
  • Understand the product domain

Must-Have Skills (3-5 bullet points)


  • Hands-on Web UI automated,Selenium Java and manual testing experience
  • Good understanding of different automation tools that can be used for Web UI test automation and command expertise in at least on one of them for testing
  • Good experience with version control tool like Git, SVN etc.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working knowledge of SDLC
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience with REST Assured, Cucumber framework would be added advantage.

Job Description

  • 1. Minimum Bachelor degree (B.E) in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Master in computer application (MCA) or related field
  • 2. 4 to 7 years of experience in Windchill functionality, Administration, Implementation / Support and troubleshooting issues related to Windchill / PLM interaction with CAD (Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutions) and/or Client-Server architecture
  • 3. Knowledge in Core Java and Data base is a must
  • 4. Experience in CAD (Creo, Solidworks, Catia, UGNX, AutoCAD) will be an advantage
  • 5. User level with basic administration knowledge in Windows/Unix
  • 6. Strong written and verbal communication skill

Required Candidate profile

Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of MCAD applications (Creo, Solidworks, Catia, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutions) integrated with Windchill PLM and Visualization services.
  • Provide a customer centric service through their understanding of the customers’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes.
  • Developing expert level knowledge of the CAD Applications integrating with Windchill PLM and Visualization services.
  • Creating software configurations, duplicating issues, troubleshooting, investigation of technical problems and tracking the resolution of those problems in collaboration with other PTC departments like R&D and QA as well as communicating the same to customer.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
  • Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers
