HariOm All,
In the best interest of all sadhaks, I am sharing few views about this group and outlining (guidelines) few points that how this group should work, please review/amend/change as necessary and provide your comments.
I would strongly request most of the group members to comment on these points, so that we can adopt best practice and conduct discussions.
1. The group’s main intention is to discuss various sadhana related matters by sharing Gurudev’s satsang quotes, referring holy scriptures, case studies of Rishi/Muni/Saints (their life styles, sadhana path’s etc), so that we may get energised and get a clarity in our views and also to get some ideas or useful tips which can be adopted and these will be an addition to our sadhana, it’s neither to influence nor giving suggestions to change our sadhana path which we are following – it is inline with Gurudev’s advise to listen or read Mahapurushon ka anubhav and jeevan charitra which helps us in our sadhana path.
2. None of us should give answers to spiritual questions raised by sadhaks, because our answers are based on our mati gati, we don’t know how this could be affected on prashn kartha and also not sure whether our answers unka hith me hain ya nahi, we may be in a good position to answer, still it is not recommended. Recently Gurudev has appointed a designated sevadhar to answer sadhaks queries, Ashram has asked all website teams that if they receive any queries, they should be forwarded to the ashram, so that they can answer. So if any sadhak have any queries related to sadhana etc., please forward to sup...@ashram.org queries will be answered by Pujya Gurudev’s representative in the Ashram (answers will be as per Gurudev’s instructions).
3. This group is for charcha, we should not think that we are just discussing here and not doing any sadhana or not following Gurudev’s instructions, sadhaks who are posting here are spending their time and energy to share views so that each other can get benefit, it also doesn’t mean that they are doing a pradarshan of gyan or showing their ahankaar, we don’t even know the spiritual level of a sadhak, so we should respect each other, and comment with respectful manner (Madhur Vyavahaar). Everyone do have a different opinion about sadhana and it’s methods, it doesn’t mean that someone is doing a great job, we are not, we don’t have to put ourselves down, no doubt they are far better than the people who are not doing at all, but it doesn’t mean again none of us progressing in our sadhana, Changdev did sadhana 1400 years but at the end he had to come to Gyaneshwar Maharaj to get a self realisation, Vidhyagiri Maharaj did 23 Mata Gayatri anushtan’s in 12 years, Mata gave him darshan once he took sanyasa after 12 years, when Maharaj questioned about the delay, Mata showed him mountains of his sin, which was cleared gradually anushtan by anushtan, so this is again not necessary someone to do anushtan 12 years to reach destination, some may reach within 1 anushtan, this all depends on various factors of each individual, someone got realisation in 7 days, 40 days, 6 months, 1 year and so on.... we should not treat that if a sadhak is doing anushtan for many years, he is great and we should learn from him, definitely we should respect him, but it doesn’t mean we have to follow same thing.
4. Gurudev says: We should try to get good from others, if there is a little bit of good in others, we should grasp it, if there is a mountain of bad, we should ignore it or pray Gurudev to give him/her sadbudhi, Gurudev will take care of it, we don’t have to worry. We should question ourselves, how good or bad, if there is a small bad in us, we should treat it as a big mountain and if there is a mountain of good, we should treat that as rai samaan. This approach lead us Paraspar Bhavayanth bhavna and make our group conversations positive, friendly and healthy.
Any thoughts...please share..
Jai GuruDev.
