Travel Award Announcement for HSC National Rollout

The Health Security Card (HSC) National Rollout will be held in San Antonio, TX from April 24-26, 2012

HSC Travel Awards Announcement:

A National Health Security Card for Use in Disasters and Public Health Emergencies - The Time is Now!  This high-level conference is aimed at senior health officials and policymakers in the public and private sectors from all 50 states.  The conference agenda will be posted online when available at www.ama-assn.org/go/hscconference.

Due to grant constraints, limited travel assistance* is available for those attendees from non-profit organizations, foundations, academic research institutions, or state and local agencies eligible to receive support from Federal grants.  

Deadline: HSC meeting $500 travel award application due by Friday, Mar 30, 2012 - 5:00PM CDT and available at www.ama-assn.org/go/hscconference.

Be sure to mention any previous involvement with the Health Security Card (HSC) project or your role with this meeting when submitting your application!

Registration Announcement:

Online early registration is now open at www.ama-assn.org/go/hscconference. Please note that the early registration fee of $150 expires on March 30th, after which the fee will be $180. Also, there is an option to register per day for $75/day. Hotel registration closes on March 26th, 2012.
