Hello Team,

While testing test case 16, 18, 20 tool is getting stuck and not completing test case execution.

We have been facing this issue since yesterday and it is affecting our TDRAAP deliverables. We have validated that the requests made from the browser are getting valid responses while the tool is still stuck.

Thanks and Regards
Sachin

Hello Sachin,
Thank you for reaching out. Can you provide more specific details about what you did last in the step where each test gets stuck via email to colla...@udap.org so that we can investigate this?
Thank you,

Thanks for quick response.

We have given  FHIR server base URL and click on start.
for 16 - Tool is showing as "starting test" but after very long time we are seeing metadata request hitting to our server.
for 18 - Tool is opening new tab but redirect is not happening to authorize url.
for 20 -  Tool is showing as "starting test" and no request is hitting to our server.

When try to make similar call from browser we can see the requests are hitting to our server.

If possible can we have quick call to review it.

Thanks
Sachin

A call is probably not necessary. We'll reach out privately for some additional information from you.

The test tool appears to be operating normally and we do see the tests completing successfully for other server today without any issues, but we do see a number of SSL handshake errors when your system is running the test tool, so there may be something misconfigured on your side for your SSL engine or perhaps a firewall in front of your application is terminating some of these SSL connections before the handshake completes. A packet trace on your side may be helpful to determine whether this is originating from your server or from something upstream. If your'e not seeing any traffic at your server, the SSL handshake is likely being interrupted by an upstream firewall or load balancer.

Thank you,
The UDAP Team
