UDAP Ecosystem Participation Agreement Draft

Hello all,

After our most recent meetings which identified a policy gap we might help to address by offering a boilerplate data sharing agreement for those not already participating in scalable trust communities today, such as HIEs, payer organizations, providers preparing to offer FHIR Bulk Data and Patient Access services, identity service providers, and FHIR client applications, we have begun to meet more regularly to focus on this and other pressing needs related to pilot and production use of the UDAP profiles.

At today's community meeting, we began conversations about this UDAP Ecosystem Participation Agreement. 

Please feel free to comment and make suggestions in-line, and we encourage anyone interested to join future meetings to discuss edits the community would like to see made to this draft, and feedback about other constituencies who may have the need for such a strawman document to help bootstrap their scalable point to point health information exchange. Please also feel free to share the draft with others.
