UDAP Client - Springboot

Greetings UDAP Community -

The SpringBoot UDAP Client has passed--> Test 9: JWT-Based Client Authentication (client credentials flow)

The UDAP client leverages the JOSE library nimbus-jose-jwt which is used by default in the latest Spring Security. With that library, the UDAP client implementation thus far has been pain-free:)

I plan to commit the code over the weekend.

Next steps:

• I'll run the same tests against @Dan Cinnamon's host (https://securefhir.zimt.work/udap-public) then will pivot to final touchups to prep for next week's TEFCA - FAST event.
• After the TEFCA event, next week, I'll commence work on the server-side SpringBoot UDAP implementation
