Regarding Kannan sir's meeting Sanket will mail you.
Help in arranging for funds and sponsorships: We have got IT Certificate. Now this group can ask for funds. Details will be provided to them.
In the meeting Archit has told him how and whom to contact for funds. They will also be involve in making brochure and adv leaf.
Material preparation: You can download material already in the website (link provided below). We will provide you books soon.
Prepare material with some realistic examples, For science we can refer arvind gupta toys website (link provided below).
Also you can provide mini project ideas, so that school students can make. And we can organise some kind of exhibition.
There are many things we can do. and feel free to share and implements your own ideas for preparing material.

Visit villages: There will be no visits till 11th of Nov. You can share your Ideas for teaching children. Those who have already visited once will share their ideas so that you will come to know students level of understanding. If you want things other than material to teach then feel free to ask us. We can make posters to explain the things as black board may not be useful to explain many things.
Also we need to work for personality development and carrier development.
Helping in identifying more places/schools: We are going to start our program in one more school at khardi next to atagaon. We cannot include more villages now as we have limited volunteers. We need to increase our strength so please advertise for Udaan in face book, inform your friends.
Maintain Udaan Website and Blog: For maintaining website only two people are interested. We need editor also for the website, If anybody interested please inform us.

We will star visiting school after 21st of november. As end-sems are
coming its hard to get time for preparing material but those who can
manage please continue with it.
Those who are having mid-sem can continue after that
but please collect books from me
