Hi friends!

I just attended the Integrated Health Forum today and wanted to share with you one of the best resources from the day. The wellness center at SFGH was presented on by Dr. Rick McKinney, the director and an attending physician there. He mentioned this national network called Integrative Medicine for the Underserved- and they have a webpage with over 500 patient education handouts and clinician resources for integrative healing. The forms are pretty simple but informative! Check it out: IM4US.org

The CDs came with a book that I can follow along in, she pretty much covers word for word on the discs what's in the book. But I don't think you can buy this booklet separately from the discs. Others have gotten the Fitzgerald review book and said it's good (it does not go directly along with the discs) but covers similar content as her lectures.
